Moringa oleifera Lam. is one of the most nutritionally dense trees in the world. Grown in Chad under favourable climatic conditions, Chadian moringa is harvested, dried at low temperature and processed under rigorous protocols to preserve all of its active nutrients.
Dried leaf powder contains 25 to 30% complete plant protein — all 9 essential amino acids are present, which is exceptional for a plant. Drying concentrates the nutrients: the powder is 2 to 5 times more concentrated than fresh leaves.
